Rey Del Ritmo, a dance school run by Nari, produced and hosted Trinidad's premier Latin Dance Show and Graduation at the Cascadia Hotel Ballroom in November 2009. This year's special guest was the Swing Latino Tigo Dance group from Cali, Colombia, led by world famous
"El Mulatto" - Mr. Luis Eduardo Hernandez.
This is the first time that Trinidad hosted a team of dancers of their caliber and nine dancers came to put on a show never before seen here, it was well appreciated by the sold out crowd of students and their their friends and families, and guests who gave the group a standing ovation by the end of their performances, a truly memorable performance and show.

Message from Nari :
I want to take this opportunity to commend El Mulato and his dance troupe ' Swing Latino Tigo' from Cali Colombia, all of my dance students, sponsors and helpers for a job well done. It's the first time that a team of this caliber has ever been to our shores, and we were glad to have the world champions among us, as well as to be their host for the event. They were well received by our local Trinbagonians, many here knew how fast and daring they were, but to actually see them perform live was amazing, they demonstrated their high energy levels also after performing as they partied with the the local guests afterwards, and even at 2am were still dancing ! Many of you who were there on Saturday night have mentioned your appreciation for the quality of the event and we thank you.
We got fantastic reviews on the Sunday Workshop and dances also, which was put on by the members of Swing Latino, everyone was able to come out of it with more practical knowledge of the dances taught, especially from the Bachata workshop, and then for those who were there got to see another show with the group. So once again we're sending a thank you to Swing Latino and Mr. Hernandez, We're sending our love to you guys and like always it was fun to have you here in T and T, and hope to see you back soon !
